Another winter recommendation at Gorilla Bar is Honey Ginger Plum Tea (900 yen), combining plum wine and rooibos tea with honey and homemade ginger syrup. For a different flavour, there is Honey Ginger Milk Tea (900 yen), made with black tea vodka, and hot chocolate (1,200 yen) with dark rum, cream and roasted almonds, using chocolate with 50% cacao. The hot chocolate can also be made without alcohol.
